CreatorBG Studio processes all images 100% locally inside your web browser. Your photos are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any server. You retain 100% ownership and full privacy over all image files.

1. 100% Local Browser AI Processing

Unlike conventional image tools that upload your files to remote cloud servers, CreatorBG Studio utilizes ONNX WebAssembly neural networks executing directly in your local web browser. When you drop an image into our studio editor or batch processor:

  • Your photo remains on your local computer or smartphone device.
  • No image data, pixel matrix, or file metadata is ever transmitted over the network.
  • When you close or refresh the tab, image buffers in memory are automatically cleared.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because our architecture operates entirely client-side, we strictly do NOT collect:

  • Your uploaded images, photos, artwork, or video frames.
  • Facial recognition biometric templates or personal identification data.
  • Account credentials, passwords, or payment credit card details (no accounts required).

3. Local Storage & Session State

CreatorBG Studio may use HTML5 `localStorage` or `sessionStorage` solely to remember user workspace preferences (such as your chosen export format, preferred background color preset, or dark theme state). No tracking or cross-site identifier cookies are stored.

4. Third-Party CDNs & Assets

To provide high-quality photo backdrop templates and Google Fonts, CreatorBG Studio fetches public static assets (such as royalty-free Unsplash photo templates and font files) from trusted content delivery networks (CDNs). Requests to these CDNs standardly include your browser user-agent and IP address as necessary for standard web page rendering.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have rights regarding their personal data. Because we do not store, process, or sell any personal image data on servers, your data is inherently protected by design.
