All images and background cutouts generated with CreatorBG Studio are 100% your property. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license for both personal and commercial use (YouTube thumbnails, client videos, e-commerce listings, advertising campaigns).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatorBG Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Your Input Media: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any original images, photographs, graphics, or media uploaded to the Service.
  • Generated Outputs: You own all right, title, and interest in all cutout outputs and compositions created using our Studio. No royalties or attribution are required.
  • Platform Assets: The CreatorBG Studio code, design system, neural AI model weights, logos, and UI components remain the intellectual property of CreatorBG Studio.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use CreatorBG Studio only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Process images that violate third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights without proper authorization.
  • Upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our web application for malicious automated scraping attacks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorBG Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our Neural AI engine strives for 100% edge accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free processing across all browser environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CreatorBG Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
